Peace in valor event: veterans
Coming soon // austin, texas
This special one-day event is the beginning of a whole new life for many our veterans. We will provide the training you need to develop a Disciplined Mind so you can begin living a Life by Design, rather than endure a Life by Default. FREE to veterans and spouses (via generous donors who want to help those who provide freedom for all of us).
MORE ABOUT THE EVENT for veterans
We assist and guide Veterans and their spouses to create a life by design and not live life by default. We do this by training them in developing an unshakeable mindset or more to the point, a Disciplined Mindset.
What we have found is that when we live a life by default, we find ourselves reacting to life, and three things usually happen:
1. We develop this story that life is too overwhelming, so why even try? And then we just hope that the overwhelm will simply go away with time.
2. We simply float through life and then one day ask ourselves, “How did I get here - working in a job I despise, and barely making ends meet?”
3. We try to “numb” our way out of the situation or - worse - we have ideations of ending this “overwhelm” in the most extreme measure.
When, in reality, we are never going to move through this overwhelming transition until we develop a disciplined mind and learn just few simple fundamentals that will allow us to achieve an extraordinary life, business and career.
If you are ready to design the life of your dreams then you are in the right place.
Colonel (Retired) Matt & Samara Elledge developed this program together based off of decades of experience serving their nation & navigating the transition to the Civilian World. They took the mindset tools they learned and their holistic approach to life and created this program to help other veterans & spouses realize the fast track to their freedom.
We help veterans & military spouses successfully navigate the transition from military to civilian life. Basically, we help veterans and families find their freedom.
Why?
Many veterans and families return from service suffering from the effects of Post Traumatic Stress, as well as the survivors of those soldiers who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country. We are in a unique position to serve those who served, by helping them acquire the mindset skills they need to make a successful transition and find freedom. At Peace in Valor, we help military veterans and spouses successfully navigate the transition from military to civilian life. It's time to live a life you design and stop living life by default.
who are we?
Peace in Valor is a non-profit, 501(c)-3 organization created by Colonel (Retired) Matt Elledge, a veteran of multiple combat tours and leadership positions in times of peace and war, and his wife, Samara Elledge, a graduate of the United States Military Academy (West Point) and also a veteran of combat. When making the transition themselves from years of military service, they faced the same challenges that many, if not most, of our veterans faced, and became determined to develop programs to help those veterans and their spouses make a successful transition and take control of their lives.
